- Be the focal point for customer and TT contact. Be knowledgeable, involved and responsible in every aspect of the customer/TT relationship. Support the effort to attract new opportunities as assigned.
- Take charge of and lead TT's team in addressing problems, opportunities and other “hot spots” in a quick, decisive and effective manner.
- Demonstrate clear leadership of entire TT team in maximizing the opportunity of the account and customer in both the short and long term.
- Conduct regular customer/TT meetings.
- Regularly report to TT executive management team on customer and account status, opportunities, problems, issues and outlook
Key Responsibilities
- Leader, lead entire TT team to perform daily routine job to meet customer’s expectations, including mass run and NPI projects.
- Coordinator, coordinate cross-functional teams from both TT and the customer.
- Owner, to achieve projects annual target, including sales, profit, E&O, etc.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research activities to identify key customers and market segments.
- Hunt for new logo accounts that are defined as “right-fit” to the company through proper sales qualification process
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers
- Work closely with PM and engineer to manage all projects with won new logo customers
- Identify new product opportunities.
- Prepare tender documents and proposals.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts
- Prepare publicity materials and sales literature.
- Keep abreast of market trends which have impact on business such as technology advances.
- Coordinate between customer and internal project team to get over project crisis when needed
- Research and maintain records of competitors’ activities and contracts won.
Introduction
Work with a team to produce Bills of Materials for products that can be used at the quotation and production stages. Review, Transfer and Maintain engineering data in system and ECN and NPQ control. Investigate and fix technical issues occur during prototyping and pilot run stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create efacs BOM and maintain supplier information, MSL, COC flag ect.
- Lead the NPI process, work with internal team to finish NPI as agreed plan ,support FAIR If required
- Lead the NPQ process ,Review customer build to drawing parts ,coordinate the requirement and sign off of the NPQ to make sure all parts are qualified per internal process
- Lead the ECN change, review with customer internal team and supplier for the change detail and feasibility of the ECN. Release ECN & PCN . verify the implement of the ECN with team
- Lead the internal review of customer data pack and follow up the supplier review of related drawing to make sure customer requirement are correctly followed
- List engineer issues from internal team and supplier to customer and discuss with customer until all issue are closed before FA build
- Combined FA issues from related team member and discuss with team before raise to customer as part of FAIR
- Familiarize themselves with, and confirm to EHS policy, report all accidents, incidents, near misses and damage to their team leader or manager

Introduction
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying prospective opportunities, developing new customer relationships, new sales and new customer logo’s development. The BDM is the senior level within the sales team implementing Power Kuantan strategic sales plan.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all facets within Power Solution Division and TT Electronics PLC. Group.
- Ability to communicate and present Power Solutions Organization Sales and Marketing overview.
- Regularly meet with prospective new customers to identify strategic opportunities that align with Power Kuantan new business growth objectives.
- Prepare and execute strategic penetration plans for his/her territory and/or assigned strategic market segments and assigned customer targets.
- Proven ability to identify cross- selling opportunities for all TT Electronic PLC Divisions.
- Responsible to ensure all new business opportunities meet the Power Solution Division financial requirements.
- Accountable for forecasting, planning and achieving new business objectives
- Subject matter experts in assigned market segments.
- Extensive understanding of key Power Solution market differentiators and competitive landscape.
- Comprehensive knowledge of prospective customer’s end-market.
- Ability to align customer expectations with Power Solution service offerings
- Lead reviews of new business plans with Power Solution Kuantan site leaders.
- Completion of bi-weekly and monthly reports and CRM data as required.
- Establish positive Customer relationships at all levels.
- Assist in transitioning new customers into the Account Management Team.
- Ensure all new customers engage in Power Solution approved supplier agreements. All agreements and contracts must be approved and signed by the GMS VP/GM or designee.
