工作职责

  1. Responsible for process control;
  2. Do SPC control on process operation and popularize its application of the quality of statistical techniques (SPC);
  3. Handle quality issue for any lines and work with team to find out root cause and its effective actions;
  4. When happen the quality problem to stop shipment and to stop production;
  5. Handle customer complaint /concern that do relevant investigation of customer complaint;
  6. Conduct internal audit by monthly;
  7. Training and coaching quality inspectors;
  8. Assign QC inspector’s task;
  9. G R&R analysis for test devices;
  10. CPK study for new project;
  11. PPAP documentation preparation and submission;
  12. Conduct continuous improvement (CI) project;
  13. Other job which was designated by manager

工作职责

  1. At least Bachelor degree, major in electronic or mechanical or Engineering;
  2. More than 5 years working experience in quality control ;
  3.  With the quality of statistical techniques and relevant application experience;
  4. Familiar with the basic requirements of ISO14000, IATF 16949 ;
  5. Familiar with quality tools (Finish bone analysis /5why /8D etc) ;
  6. Speak and write English fluently;
  7. Skilled in using OFFICE and other software;
  8. Initiative, strong sense of responsibility;
  9. Have good communication skills and have a good co-ordination team spirit;
  10. Willing to do overtime work when necessary and required;
  11. Green belt certification is preferred;
  12. Internal auditor certification of TS16949/ISO14000 is preferred.
